Returns & Refund Policy

At WM Sex Dolls, we want you to enjoy a risk-free shopping experience. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Product must be unused
  • Does not apply to customized products (dolls)

Order Cancellations

Toys: WM Sex Dolls ships most orders the same day. Therefore, cancellations are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a free 90-day return service. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

Sex Dolls: You can cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement. Email wmsexdollservice@gmail.com with your order number, email, and name within 24 hours. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and you will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Modifications After Order

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submission. Modifications are possible within the first 12 hours for a one-time fee of $79.00. Please email us at wmsexdollservice@gmail.com for modifications. After 12 hours, modifications cannot be accommodated due to the commencement of the manufacturing process.

Missing an Item from My Order

Many of our products are shipped separately due to packaging. For example, if you order sex dolls and a cleaner, they will be sent in different shipments. While they usually arrive together, they might sometimes arrive at different times.

If you need to pick them up at a postal office, provide both shipping numbers. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Damaged Products or Order Discrepancies

At WM Sex Dolls, we are committed to delivering excellence. Each order undergoes a rigorous inspection, testing, and photographic documentation before it leaves our facility to ensure top-notch quality. If you find any discrepancies or damages upon receiving your order:

  • Do Not Use the Product: We are unable to accept complaints for used products.
  • Report Immediately: Within 24 hours of receiving the order, please contact our support team at wmsexdollservice@gmail.com with detailed photos of the issue.
  • Prompt Assistance: Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and respond swiftly. In most cases, we will send replacement parts for any broken or missing components in your order.

Product Returns

As long as your WM Sex Dolls products are unopened and unused, you can return them within 14 days 100% guaranteed. The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the products.

If you want to return the products to us, you shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which they were received. There is no right of return when the packaging is no longer in its original, complete, undamaged, and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked.)

Return processing time: 3-5 business days

Cost of return: Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products.

Please contact us within 90 days after delivery so that we can replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days, we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.

Custom Products

Custom products are not eligible for returns. These products typically ship within 30-90 days from the order date. The specific shipping time will be communicated via email. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address, shipping address, and contact information to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

Order/Product Refund

  1. If the customer cancels the order before shipment, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers, without undue delay.
  2. We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection. (Please note that we will deduct 20% of the order amount as the product replenishment fee.)
  3. If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative at wmsexdollservice@gmail.com and we will arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.
